Our oil bath is made as double walled units with high grade glass wool insulation. Inner tank is made of polished sheet of stainless steel and outer body is made of powder coated MS.

The temperature range of this water bath is 50°C to 250°C and it is controlled by microprocessor based PID controller for greater accuracy and reliability. Standard machine is supplied with digital controller, pilot lamps and power cord. There are some optional features that can also be added such as stirrer, over temperature alarm, digital timer and all stainless steel construction. Our laboratory oil bath units are economical in price and offer long years of worry-free operation without need of service and repair. How to Operate an Oil Bath equipment

For your convenience, we are listing down the operational steps for easy assembly and use.

Steps to operate an Oil Bath are as follows:
1. Open the lid of the oil container and ensure that it is clean.
2. Add sufficient level of oil.
3. Switch on the power.
4. Set the desired temperature using the digital temperature setting control panel.
5. Start the regulator and you will see that the oil starts stirring inside the container.
6. Submerge the test item for the desired duration for test results.
7. Change temperature and pressure till desired levels have been achieved.
8. Turn-off power once the process is complete.
9. Carefully remove the test item.
