COD Digestion Unit for testing Chemical Oxygen Demand in effluents

COD Digestion Apparatus are used for determining Chemical Oxygen Demand in effluents like waste water, industrial water, sewage water which are discarded after processing. This help in understanding the real time presence of chemicals/gas in natural water bodies.

COD units manufactured by iLabot Technologies serves as a compact instrument that can accomodate upto 15 test samples at a time. Constant water circulation is not needed and they are provided with a timer and buzzer option. Further to that, these are fully equipped with a microprocessor based digital temperatire controller with indicator for functional accuracy.

Technical Specifications

1. To Determine of Chemical Oxygen Demand.
2. Solid State Block Heated unit with Provision for samples to be digested at a time.
3. 38mm Dia reaction vessels with 20ml sample size heat at temp. of 150o c ± 1o c.
4. Temperature is controlled by Digital Temp. Indicator cum controller.
5. It has provision for 15 samples
6. Supplied with 15 nos. glass reaction vessels.
7. Fitted with a ON/Off switch.
8. To work on 220/230 volts AC.

COD Digestion Unit Features

1. Uses solid block digester and air condenser support that eliminates need of water circulation
2. Apparatus is available in form of solid block heated unit and can handle 15 samples at a time
3. Our standard units are made with 8 to 15 test samples for testing. Customization can be done as per requirements.
4. With a front-loading design and the unit can be placed on benchtops(if required), it is portable in nature and can be operated within limited space availability.
5. The heater assemblies are recessed into the top insulating board to minimize accidental personnel contact with the hot heater element.
6. Digital Temperature controller cum indicator are also available on order.
