Muffle Furnace

Muffle Furnace are engineered to create an high temperature environment inside an isolated chamber for heating test materials at temperatures. The test chamber is free from fumes, fuel ash and external impurities thereby, offering contamination free test samples. Depending on the temperature range, the chamber is created using either ceramic tiles or blanket board. The external section is made from corrosion free powder coated mild steel.

Therefore, we have employed an experienced engineering team that can make muffle furnace of any range from 1000°C, 1200°C and up to 1500°C.

We have successfully supplied and installed our laboratory muffle furnaces to various government and private organizations. Each unit has been acclaimed by industry experts. Our standard muffle furnace models come with rugged construction, outer body is made of powder coated MS while the inner chamber is made of high quality ceramic fiber board. These units are also equipped with imported thermocouples such K type, R Type and B Type according to temperature range.

We also supplied additional accessories with our muffle furnace such as steel tong, pair of gloves and suitable crucibles. There are several optional accessories that we provide on additional cost such as programmable controller, RS232 computer interface and GMP construction (all SS 304). Prior dispatch, each unit is tested at some parameters and then packed in wooden box. We also offer installation and commissioning at client's site with training to operator.
