Each unit features automatic door structure, which is not only simple to use but also protects user from scald. A highly efficient vacuum system is fitted inside, which can reach over -90KPa and offers excellent drying performance. An in-built steam generator is another feature of our Class B Dental autoclave.

A digital control panel is fitted at front. It features multiple sterilization programs such as Unwrapped, Wrapped, Rubber, BD and Helix etc. Soft touch key pad eases your selection work. A mini printer is an optional accessory and supplied at additional cost, this printer allows you to keep hard copies of test cycle that is required in audit or further analysis.

How to operate a Dental Autoclave

Once fully installed, dental autoclaves are easy to operate. Safe operation steps are as follows:
1. Unlock the outer chamber by lifting the lock mechanism.
2. Make sure that the chamber is clean(clean if required).
3. Add sufficient level of water for steam generation in the sterlization chamber.
4. Place the items to be sterilized in the inner chamber.
5. Close the lid and turn the power on.
6. Monitor change in temperature and pressure till desired levels have been achieved.
7. Release steam/pressure if necessary
8. Turn-off power once the process is complete and release the steam/pressure using the release valve.
9. Carefully remove the sterlized products.
